Your MyDock shop can send out a range of emails. A new user receives a welcome message; if your employees order an IT service or product, they receive an order confirmation; approvers are informed about a new order that awaits approval; and admins receive reminders about new to-do’s. So it is important to insure that all MyDock emails reach their destinations quickly, reliably, and securely.

We investigated several cloud-based email services. The Postmark application produced the highest scores for reliability and security. That’s why we chose it to integrate with.
Whenever your MyDock shop sends an email to one of your employees, it will be sent via a Postmark domain. This prevents your emails from being channeled into spam filters.
Subscribing to a MyDock account automatically includes the email services of Postmark, so your emails are sent reliably and securely, right from the start. No further action is needed—the service works seamlessly within your shop.
There are many additional features Postmark offers, too—such as tracking bounced emails, tracking spam complaints, and multiple “reporting” options. Using these features is easy. In stead of using the standard MyDock Postmark account, just create your own Postmark account, and activate the Postmark target within MyDock. By doing this, you also personalize your emails.
